Awaiting Answers; Awaiting You
In this sea of love
I wait for your answer,
So that I can swim to you...
But without it I’m aimless
And caught in the cage of waiting
While I find myself nowhere.
The picture started the thought process. and i just HAD to write something.
A rose is red. Red represents love. ROSES represent love. the rose is in a glass of water in which it fits perfectly but cannot float. It's not free.
Yes, that was the idea of the poem. That's how i wrote the poem.
You can sum the poem as "You wait and wait for your loved one to turn to you and to answer you. But he/she doesn't. And you keep waiting and waiting and don't move on. By not moving on, you cage your love and deprive it of a chance to love again"
