Best Affordable Sheet Masks for Sensitive Skin for Men
I recently went on a trip to Lahore for fashion week where I don't know what happened, but my skin reacted really badly to the atmosphere. It was so bad, that my face was all red and blotchy. After a few days, my face started getting really dry. It was in those days I decided to form a skincare regimen and I would try to heal my skin.
So naturally, the first thing I turned to to help me in my quest to recover my skin was sheet masking. Mind you, before this incident, I used nothing on my face except aloe vera gel. And that was also very scarce. I will post a detailed post about my skincare routine soon as well. But I just wanna say that I love love love sheet masking. And I have been making my own DIY sheet masks as well. Nonethess, I will here talk about my favorite sheet masks so far. The reason I went for sheet masks for sensitive skin was that I really wanted to target the healing and soothing of my skin. As a doctor, I know that the more there is inflammation, the higher chances there are of skin damage. So I wanted to calm my skin down before it got damaged any further.
Also, these sheet masks are a great treat for the skin post shave!
So here are some of the sheet masks that helped me get my skin to calm down. I will mention the places to get the from as well. These sheet masks didn't cost me more than PKR350.
1 - Nature Republic Aloe Vera Sheet Mask
Of course, my most trusted product of all time. Aloe Vera gell by Nature Republic. So the mask HAD to be the first one in the list! Calming, hydrating and soothing. This mask is EVERYTHING!
2 - Skinfood Snail Mask
This is one of those masks that got me hooked to snail mucin as a product that I could believe in. This masks is really really soft on the skin and its really nutritious. The reason I went for snail mucin is because I had read it had healing and hydrating properties. And it really really helped heal my skin up.
3 - Wish Formula Bat Eye Mask
This mask has Centella Asiatica extracts that are known to heal and calm the skin. And since I also believe in the magic of Honey, this mask was a must try. If left my skin radiant as well!
4 - Innisfree Real Squeeze Cucumber Mask
My mum said its better to use crushed cucumber on the skin to fix it - so naturally I went and got the sheet mask version. haha. Its really good tbh. Very cooling and calming (and much much expensive than a real cucumber!)
5 - Innisfree Real Squeeze Honey Mask
After Aloe Vera gel and Snail Mucin, i think Honey is a great skincare product to treat the skin to. So obviously I had to get this mask. This one also left a glow!
6 - Yes Now Aloe Vera Mask
Another Aloe Vera mask, but I JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH!
