PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2013: Poet-ified
I know I thought I will not write about women'swear at all on my blog, but the poet in me was screaming otherwise. You see, when I had attended the PSFW, I couldn't help but jot my feelings down about the three best collections I saw there and all of it was in the form of poetry. So even though I know it's probably really late, here are the top three collections on my list, poet-ified.
Feeha Jamshed:-
As she descends into the sun, she steps out of the dark. But the clouds block the sun. Yet she sees a silver lining. And soon, the sun shines, and with it, she's shining bright. But still she can't forget the dark, her past, and that is apparent and highlighted in her attitude. But because of that, she enjoys the sun even more.
A more reason to be herself, and be happier.

The Modern Warrior Princess
She's battling the ideals of the society that shackle her in gold. She's no more a slave of beauty, she IS beauty. A caged bird. But she's a free bird now, not afraid to express herself. And as she escapes, she steals back the grace she had been deprived of and perfects it.

Rizwan Beyg:-
She steps out of her husband's ride; his truck. And he follows her. Their truck, he corrects her when she exclaims how beautiful his truck is. And then they hold hands and walk towards the sunset. Into the sun, with their colorful lives, descending into adventures unknown. She doesn't care if her husband drives the truck- she loves him and he loves her. And with the truck and her love in this life, that is all the color she needs.
