Your Summer Music Guide

There’s laziness in the air and yet there’s excitement. Vacationing with friends and family while partying out late. Sleeping in the mornings and staying up all night. That’s how summer is and while there’s always an urge to live it up, there’s no living it up without music. So here’s your guide to summer music albums.

Summer music

One of the Boys – Katy Perry:

This album is carefree pop. though some might know Katy to be only the singer who sang a few top singles, in fact, she debuted with this amazing pop album full in the spirit of summer even though Teenage Dream was supposed to be the summer album.

Born to Die – Lana Del Ray:

She’s not the usual singer one would associate with summers but this album is specifically for the times you either have a hangover or are just too lazy to get and not not sleep. this album is a perfect backdrop to all those hot times when you’re lying in bed with the husky sunlight coming to your room with the curtains drawn.

Eyes Open – Snow Patrol:

When you’re off to your vacation destination and you want something sweet and fun to listen to that’s in sync with the wind blowing through your hair in the mellowing sun, this album just might be the one to blare out from the speakers.

I-Empire – Angels and Airwaves:

Summers are all about letting go and being young. Angel and Airwaves album does just that for you-it’s lively rock/pop that you can rock to while on a night out or a long drive with friends and family. Euphoria inducing and just making you let go!

One Love – David Guetta:

No  summer would be complete without nights out partying. While some might stick to dub-step or remixed singles, this album is one of the best dance albums out there with great ‘summery’ music that you can dance the warm nights away to!
